Drawing Inspiration from Nothing

The Nothing phone, in particular, embodies simplicity and elegance, stripping away unnecessary features to focus on the essentials.

Drawing inspiration from Nothing’s design ethos, we set out to create front and rear plates, body panels, wheel discs, and grips for the SUPER73 that would seamlessly integrate with its sleek aesthetic while adding a touch of personal flair.

Conceptualization and Design
The first step in the process was conceptualization. We envisioned a design that would complement the clean lines of the SUPER73 while providing ample space for customization. Taking cues from the minimalist design language of the Nothing phone, we opted for a streamlined, uncluttered look.

In terms of materials, we used lightweight aluminum, opacity acrylic glass, and layered these to get a ghost or frosted look. The plates were laser etched and cut, water jet aluminum, and powder coated white.
